Adefunke Majekodunmi
Community Governor

Adefunke (Funke) is a Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist with Chevron Nigeria Limited. She has spent about two decades in the oil and gas industry and has garnered very rich and extensive experience in various fields of the industry including, Information Technology, Drilling and Completions and HSE. She has made significant contributions in advancing the company’s fortunes through her diligence, commitment, and selfless service. Her convivial, warm, and pleasant personality has endeared her to stakeholders in the industry. Her passion for investment and entrepreneurship has helped to further shape her perspective about the need to harness economic value to generate wealth.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Ondo State University Ado Ekiti and a Master’s in Environmental Management from University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Ogun State. She is a member of the Nigerian Environmental Society (NES) and an Executive Member of the Lagos Island Chapter of NES. She is the Vice President of Chevron Employees Multipurpose Cooperative Society (CEMCS) Ltd and chairs the Credit Committee of the society.

Adefunke is a child of God and a lover of the Word. She loves family and is passionate about proper upbringing of children. She is happily married to Segun Majekodunmi and they are blessed with three children.
