Ola (Oler) Oladele

Board Member

Ola (Oler) Oladele is a B.Sc Accounting graduate of the University of Lagos, Nigeria with over 12yrs experience in Finance. Her experience covers securities trading, Treasury Management, business development, business planning, and strategy. She is currently the Senior Vice President, Global market at Parthian Partners Ltd, a fixed income brokerage firm in Nigeria.

She is a CFA charter holder and Chairs the Gender Diversity Committee of the CFA Society Nigeria where she spearheads advocacy and implementation of initiatives for the advancement of women in financial services. She is also a volunteer with the QCOGA Women in Boards, business, and politics.

Ola is actively involved in bridging the pervasive personal finance, investing, and economic literacy gap amongst working professionals. She does this through her own Youtube channel, social media, and speaking engagements. She also founded the Money Wit Club- a community with a mission to build smart, informed, and profitable investors.

She is married with a son and apart from spending time with her family, she loves to play tennis, swim and read books
