Mid level Managers in corporate organizations are individuals that desire to grow into senior management roles. The semester will begin with 2 weeks of getting to know each other and building foundations for new networks. The rest of the semester will be divided into 3 trimesters. The semester will endeavor to extensively cover each of the following broad themes (but not restricted to these alone): Managing Yourself – Performance Targets, Managerial Functions and Leverage, Home/Work balance, Financial Intelligence, Personal habits Managing Your Team – Teamwork and Emotional Intelligence. Reading Body Language, Delegation and Motivation. Grooming your replacement. Managing Upwards – Migrating to the C-level. Navigating office politics. Skills you need for the C-level, Being Visible, Business Etiquette.

Opeyemi Gaji
Community Governor
Opeyemi is the Recruitment Director at Wallstreet Recruitment Services Limited. Prior to joining Wallstreet, she was the Head of Talent Management in Renmoney. Opeyemi was previously the Head of Commercial in Groupe Aldelia Limited (A Global Manpower and HR Service Company). She is a seasoned HR professional with over 12 years of experience. She is highly experienced working across all the major industries in Nigeria having excellent knowledge and experience in Strategy and Human Resources Consulting. She strategically advises clients on Human Capital Management, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Engagement and HR processes. She worked in Aldelia for over 9years working in different capacities. Opeyemi consults for globally recognized clients, embedding Business Change & Culture Alignment and managing Organizational Transformation. She goes the extra mile by ensuring that the highest standards are offered.

Opeyemi studied Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the Lagos State University and has a Masters in Human Resources Management from the Heriot Watt University. She also is a Licensed Human Resources Professional from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and also an Associate Member of the same institute. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants – Nigeria (FIMC). She is Certified by the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi) as well as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).Opeyemi has a passion for teaching women on Financial literacy, emergency funds, budgeting, investments and creating a diversified investment portfolio that guaranties long term financial independence. She is happily married to the future Governor of Lagos State and blessed with 2 kids.
